At the beginning of this year, Sarah joined the education team, after previously working as a supply teacher for several months through Athona. We were the last agency she spoke to but the first to find her suitable work. Sarah found our team to be understanding and supportive, and the positive relationships she formed with her consultants led her to working
with us.
And that’s not all, Jemma joined the team in April having previously worked at an academy school for six years and progressing to the head of KS3 English.
Having two ex-teachers work for us means we have inside knowledge and really understand what it’s like to be a teacher “in the field.” Using their own experiences of working within the education sector, Sarah and Jemma have given the team tips and training on how to make sure each of our candidates are fully prepared before their placement.
