Position: Supply Teacher (Primary)
Key Stage: EYFS, KS1 & KS2
Location: Ipswich
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £120 – £160 per day
The role:
Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for a flexible work life balance whilst still working within education? As a supply teacher across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, you will be delivering pre-set lessons in primary schools without the added responsibility of planning and marking, giving you the flexibility to work on the days that suit you.
If you are interested in finding out more about schools in your local area before committing to a long-term or permanent role, supply teaching could also be for you.
Whether you are an ECT/NQT looking to widen your experience across Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2, an experienced teacher seeking flexibility, or a retired teacher looking for ad hoc work in the profession you enjoy, we would love to hear from you.
The applicant:
· Qualifications – Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Experience teaching the UK Primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
· Effectively teach the UK curriculum to the highest standards
· Deliver fun, engaging and challenging lessons that develop learning
· Communicate effectively with key staff members and pupils
· Adhere to professional education guidelines and safeguarding procedures
· Be committed to the school’s objectives and ethos by following school policies, including behaviour policies
· Must be reliable, responsible and have good time management skills
