The role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and compassionate individuals to support children with special educational and behavioural needs in the classroom. You will be working with schools to provide assistance, often working on a 1 to 1 basis with children helping them to develop academically, socially and emotionally
The applicant:
The successful applicant is expected to have maths and English (GCSE grade C/4 and above) or alternatively a suitable childcare qualification. SEND qualification is preferred but not essential. Experience and personality are equally desirable. Being able to work in a team as well as individually is important to provide maximum support to the class teacher.
