Position: Learning Support Assistant
Key Stage: KS3 – KS5
Start date: ASAP or September
Pay: £27,254.00 – £28,598.00 Annually (FTE)

The role:

We are currently recruiting for a number of Learning Support Assistants with experience in working with children with SEN requirements. This is a permanent role working with one of our partner schools. This position requires you to have experience with or be open to Personal Care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to commit to a permanent position at present. It is a full time role. The ideal candidate would be a committed and experienced LSA with experience in SEN education.

The applicant:

Experienced in working with children who have SEN and with personal care

Qualifications – English and Maths GCSE grade 4 or equivalent
Confident with using IT Applications
Communicate effectively key staff members.
Will adhere to professional education guidelines
Be committed to the school’s objectives and their ethos by following school policies such as behaviour
Must be reliable and responsible with good time management skills
