The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a HLTA / Unqualified Teacher to join one of our valued partner primary schools in a long-term position. This role includes full classroom responsibilities and will be paid to scale from day one, depending on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA or unqualified teacher looking to take on additional responsibility within the classroom, deliver lessons independently, and make a real impact on pupil progress. It is ideal for those seeking an interim role or for individuals not wishing to commit to a permanent contract at this stage.

The successful candidate will be confident delivering pre-planned lessons and, where required, planning, preparing, and assessing pupils’ work across the primary age range.

The Applicant:

• Holds HLTA status or has substantial classroom experience as an unqualified teacher
• Has experience within a primary school setting
• Will undertake teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation, and assessment (where required)
• Has strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
• Delivers engaging and inclusive lessons that support and develop pupil learning
• Communicates effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
• Adheres to professional education guidelines and school policies
• Is committed to the school’s ethos and behaviour policies
• Is reliable, responsible, and demonstrates excellent time management skills
