Having been awarded Quality Mark accreditation in September 2009, we are delighted to announce that Athona Education have passed re-accreditation with a score of 99.7%.
The Quality Mark was launched in 2002, as a joint initiative between the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and the Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC), to help improve and drive standards within the sector. It sets minimum standards for recruitment agencies and Local Authorities to reach in the way they recruit and interview supply teachers, the way they check and manage performance and the way they stay at the forefront of changes in the education marketplace.
Our Quality Mark accreditation demonstrates our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children through better recruitment practice.
