Position: SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)
Location: Southend
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Part-Time
Pay: Paid to scale
The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join one of our partner schools in Southend on a part-time basis, starting as soon as possible.
This is a long-term opportunity with full SENCO responsibilities, and the successful candidate will be paid to scale from day one. This role would suit an experienced SENCO or a qualified teacher with the relevant SENCO qualification looking for a flexible, part-time position.

The Applicant:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards) preferred
Experience leading and managing SEND provision across a school
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
Ability to effectively support staff, pupils, and parents
Committed to raising achievement and promoting inclusive education
Adheres to professional education guidelines and school policies
Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively
