I can confirm that I have read this registration form fully and that all the information given to Athona Education is correct to the best of my knowledge. I consent to my personal data and CV being forwarded onto clients and consent to references being passed onto potential employers. If, during the course of a temporary assignment, the Client wishes to employ me direct, I acknowledge that Athona will be entitled either to charge the Client an introduction/transfer fee, or to agree an extension of the hiring period with the Client (after which I may be employed by the Client without further charge being applicable to the Client). I will inform Athona Education should anything change that might alter my position and I understand the information given on this form will be processed by computer and used for registration purposes, under the Data Protection Act. I also consent to the agency processing my personal data with third parties including the REC for the purposes of audits and investigations carried out on the agency to ensure that the agency is complying with all relevant laws and obligations.
