I can confirm that I have read this registration form fully and that all the information given to Athona Education is correct to the best of my knowledge. I consent to my personal data and CV being forwarded onto clients and consent to references being passed onto potential employers. If, during the course of a temporary assignment, the Client wishes to employ me direct, I acknowledge that Athona will be entitled either to charge the Client an introduction/transfer fee, or to agree an extension of the hiring period with the Client (after which I may be employed by the Client without further charge being applicable to the Client). I will inform Athona Education should anything change that might alter my position and I understand the information given on this form will be processed by computer and used for registration purposes, under the Data Protection Act.
