This easy to use portal eliminates the need for paper timesheets and speeds up the timesheet authorisation approval process. All of our clients will have a permanent record of current and past timesheets for auditing purposes, which can be accessed at any time.

It's simple; all clients will be e-mailed login details to connect to Athona's online portal. Our Recruitment Consultants will always be available to visit clients and demonstrate this service further if required.
How Athona's Online Timesheet Portal works:
Step 1: Our system produces automatic timesheets.
Step 2: Candidates confirm the number of days they have worked.
Step 3: The school or education establishment confirms the number of days the candidate has worked for Athona Education.
Step 4: The authorised timesheets are fed into our payroll and invoicing systems.
